The doctor is very open minded and actually listens to what I have to say and values my opinion. He let's me describe what im feeling and going through and also listens to what I think and feel would be the best option for my own personal treatment needs. It's nice to not be stereotyped and just treated like everyone else in my personal situation. Also the girls that run the front desk, all the calls and schedules are absolutely amazing as well! They really care about you and what your going through and pass that info on to the doctor in the best and most thorough way possible! And they always get back yo my calls in a timely manner with answers and solutions that make sense and get done as fast as I need them to! Successfully completed 14 sessions of ketamine therapy. It has been pretty amazing for me. Every day challenges of life are not overwhelming for me. I feel like I can breathe again. Not only did it help with my depression, but I feel I’ve been drinking less. I don’t really feel the need to have to drink anymore. Dr. Ziegler and all of the lovely people who work in his office are so wonderful and nice. They make you feel loved and taken care of without judgment. It’s been pretty amazing to enjoy life again. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is struggling mentally.

Went to my first ketamine appointments, which is actually the actual medication ingestion through nasal spray I was anxious in the beginning, but after the first dose, it was very relaxing. There was a small fan that was nice because I got hot. I turned the lights out. The chair is so awesome. It’s a reclining chair and basically I just listen to my music on headphones for two hours went by very quick and afterwards I felt great the rest of the night I had no nausea no dizziness no reaction with my other medication’s. Can’t wait for the next session. I pray that this will help with my symptoms.

I was ankle to schedule a new patient appointment without it being several months out. The office staff is very helpful and kind. Dr Ziegler immediately put me at ease and offered his thoughts and suggestions on alternate therapies. He is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable as well. I’m glad to have found such a great doctor.

Great experience from the time I walked in. The staff was helpful and friendly. The medical staff is attentive and the provider is great. Questions were asked and answered in a friendly and understandable manner.

Dr. Ziegler and his staff are all kind and competent. They set a completely relaxed, pleasant and welcoming atmosphere in their practice. The ketamine nasal treatments have been easy for my brother to tolerate, and have reduced his anxiety. Dr Ziegler is very attentive to all our concerns, and has answered all our questions patiently.

Dr. Ziegler and all of the ladies are phenomenal. I have had depression and anxiety all my life I am now on 32 of 36 of the TMS Therapy and session 9 of the ketamine treatments. Dr.Ziegler and these treatments gave me my life back. The difference in my mental heath is amazing. Not to say I don’t have low days but for the first time in my life, I am able to process that in the moment and bring myself back to center. No more spiraling into the dark hole that I have spent the majority of my life in. I was on 6 different medications for my anxiety and depression when I started. A week of TMS treatments and I chose to stop taking all but the two I take at night, Trazadone and Clonodine. I have been on medications my whole life and have tried about every med there is just hoping for some kind of relief. 5 weeks later and still doing great without all those meds. I was at a point where it was either check my self in some where or give this a try. I am incredibly thankful I chose to go to Dr. Ziegler. It has been completely life changing and I will forever be thankful. If your on the fence, take the leap, it’s a lot of time but you are worth it.

Dr. Josiah Ziegler is very kind and helpful. He also seems non judgmental. I don’t feel that deep TMS helped me but I was told by professionals that I’m not going to get better with deep TMS alone, that I need a therapist as well. I am in the process of getting a therapist and am very grateful and optimistic that Dr. Ziegler and his team are providing me Spravato as well. So far it’s been a great experience.

Dr. Ziegler does a wonderful job helping me figure out what are the best meds for me so I don't have a mental breakdown while I'm trying to get everything figured out from weight loss to My mental health meds. He really truly cares about what is best for me and it takes really good care of me. I am thankful I have such a good doctor.

Dr. Ziegler does amazing work handling my bipolar and skitzophrenia. I have been mentally and emotionally stable for 3 years with him. He listens, he cares, he doesn't judge, is supportive, and gets me the help that I need to live a stable normal life.
